Behavioral Health Workforce Development (BHWD). Committed to statewide expansion of California’s behavioral health peer-run workforce, as well as all other behavioral health professions, to improve consumer access to and productive participation in behavioral health services throughout the state.

Behavioral Health Continuum Infrastructure Program (BHCIP). Focused on addressing critical gaps across the community-based behavioral health continuum and providing funding to counties, tribal entities, nonprofit and for-profit organizations, and private developers to acquire or renovate facilities for community behavioral health services.

Community Care Expansion Program (CCE). Supporting long-term care services and supports for adults and seniors at risk of homelessness or unnecessary institutionalization through the expansion and preservation of assisted living facilities.
